Basic Fitment Instructions Provided

This is a performance engine component. Mechanical knowledge is required for installation.

Ring installation, gasket installation, valve clearance and engine assembly procedures are essential.

Racing Clutch Kit / Racing Variator Kit – Build Complete !

To get the highest performance for your Wild Boar 125cc kit we recommend using a Pilot Jet #38  / Main Jet  #95 – #98 to fit the stock carburetor. This jetting will provide excellent fuel intake for the Wild Boar 125cc Kit.

We also highly recommend the K&N air filter for a few reasons.

• The K&N air filter does an excellent job of providing the required increased air intake giving greater enhanced performance & protection while keeping the Navi air filter system in original form.
• The only further mods we recommend with the engine and transmission are upgrades to a racing clutch and racing variator for the ultimate Navi build.
• We believe the recommended build above will give you the optimum racing performance, reliability and overall longevity for your Navi while keeping it easy to service and maintain.
