Take your Honda Navi beyond its standard 110cc configuration with the Wild Boar Racing 53mm Big Bore Piston & Alloy Cylinder Kit.

Developed specifically around the Honda Navi platform, this complete piston-and-cylinder package combines a 53mm precision-cast high-compression piston with a lightweight aluminium alloy racing cylinder.

The result is an approximately 125cc engine configuration, providing increased displacement and a performance-oriented foundation for further engine modifications and tuning.

WHY 125CC?

Increasing the bore from the standard configuration to 53mm increases engine displacement to approximately 125cc while retaining the Honda Navi’s original stroke.

The additional displacement provides greater performance potential and creates a stronger foundation for further modifications.

WILD BOAR PRECISION-CAST PISTON

At the center of the kit is the Wild Boar 53mm precision-cast high-compression piston.

The piston has been developed specifically for the Honda Navi application, with attention given to:

• Piston skirt geometry
• Skirt contact area

• Wrist-pin boss structure
• Crown design
• Ring-land configuration
• Overall piston mass
